CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

This is a sacred gathering prepared with time, intention, energy, and love. All reservations are final and nonrefundable.

If you are unable to attend, please contact us at least 24 hours before the circle. With proper advance notice, we are happy to offer a one-time courtesy transfer of your registration to a future eligible Moon Circle, subject to availability.

To request your one-time transfer, please text (501)551-5146 as soon as possible.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the gathering and missed reservations are not eligible for a transfer.
